Who decides these emojis that are very popular in smartphones?

Emojis have developed a whole new language in instant messaging services in smartphones!  In WhatsApp, when one person in a family group forwards a religious photograph, how many other members of the group are satisfied by uploading a salutation emoji?  Some members of the group may not be able to type Zazu, while others may not have time to type Zazu - whatever the reason, emoji will help them!

Even though we use all kinds of emojis on a daily basis, we rarely think about how they are created and reach us in different forms.  (You might be surprised to know that anyone can create an emoji. If you like digital design and then you can embed it in binary code, you can create any emoji you like. But when the emoji that appears on our keyboard  It's not easy to include this emoji in the list.

If someone adds an emoji to a chat in the WhatsApp app on an Android smartphone with the help of a keyboard called a keyboard, a unique platform of emoji had to be created to ensure that the emoji appears in the same format in any company's Android smartphone or iPhone.  Like WhatsApp, emoji should look great wherever possible, in different tools, platforms, etc.

This is what we're talking about emojis right now.  But it is equally applicable to all types of digital text produced in many languages around the world.  If we only talk about our Gujarati, Gujarati text can be given the form of digital test in Gujarati language with the help of proprietary software developed by a number of different companies or with the help of fonts made by different people.  But text typically produced in one company's font cannot be viewed on another computer without the font.

A solution called Unicode was developed to solve this problem.  It adopts a system of representing different language characters with the same binary code (when it comes to cutters, everything is ultimately contained in binary, zero and one!).  Various companies involved in computer and smartphone software and hardware participated in the arrangement.  As a result, the chaos of digital content in different languages has largely created chaos.
